• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. A second email with your tracking number will follow as soon as your package is dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Ritual

You can monitor the journey of your order via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is created.

5. International Customs & Duties

For orders outside the European Union, please be aware that your package may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
